Since founding Cogito Wines in 2018, we've personally visited over 200 vineyards across France, Italy, Spain, Germany, and Austria. We share a passion for wines that tell a story — wines made from grapes grown with intention and care. Our producers practice organic and biodynamic agriculture, nurturing vines free from synthetic chemicals, herbicides, and pesticides.

From the rolling hills of Tuscany to the sun-drenched vineyards of the Rhône, we work exclusively with family estates who have been perfecting their craft for generations — some for over 400 years. Every wine in our collection is hand-selected after multiple tastings and vineyard visits, ensuring only the finest bottles reach your table.
